LSD

LSD, or Limited Slip Differential, is a type of differential used in automotive applications to improve traction and handling. Unlike a standard open differential, which allows for unlimited wheel speed variation between the left and right wheels, an LSD limits this difference. This means that when one wheel starts to slip (e.g., due to ice, mud, or uneven surfaces), the LSD transfers more power to the wheel with better traction.
